Mission Statement

The mission of the Pritchett School District, the center of community learning, is to guarantee that our children and youth acquire knowledge, skills, and values to become self-sufficient citizens by providing personalizing learning experiences for all students in innovative partnerships with all segments of the community.

Educational Philosophy

We, the duly elected members of the Board of Education of Pritchett School District RE-3, realize that the patrons of School District RE-3 have entrusted us with the responsibility of supervision of the entire educational program for the RE-3 School District. The Board of Education plans to provide for the children of this community equal educational opportunity; an education that will allow all the children to assume the responsibilities of citizenship; to live healthful and happy lives; to be able to contribute to our community and our nation. Members of the Board of Education believe that in order to accomplish this objective we must provide a healthy educational environment. We shall employ competent, well-trained staff members who enjoy working with young people, who will work to the best of their ability for the advancement of the child. We shall always continue to seek better methods for our educational program.Education is not just the responsibility of the Board of Education alone, and our efforts will only be successful if we have the full cooperation and help of all the patrons of Pritchett School District RE-3. It is the responsibility of the parents that their children take advantage of the program at all times. It is the responsibility of the Board of Education and the Superintendent to establish the rules and regulations to be followed in the operation of the school for better success of the educational program.
